We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on the rare instances that our product was received dead on arrival (DOA). To be eligible for Live Arrival Guarantee, the following guidelines MUST be followed:
The order MUST be delivered successfully on the first attempt.
In cases of severe weather conditions (below 45 degrees and above 85 degrees), we will require that the order be shipped to a local UPS customer center staffed location.
Contact me immediately within 6 hours of delivery, if you believe the product in question is in fact dead on arrival (DOA).
Please provide clear digital photos of the product in question (within 6 hours), so that we may evaluate its status accurately. The more pictures you can provide, the more accurately we can discern the condition of the coral.
Each dead on arrival (DOA) claim is reviewed individually, with special consideration given to the various factors and circumstances that can affect the livelihood of the coral.
As with all corals, please keep in mind that slight discoloration and stress are completely normal after shipping. The coral should return to its natural appearance with proper care.
All dead on arrival (DOA) claims will be given store credit or replacement if available.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds. We can only credit the product, and do not offer refunds on shipping.
